He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Todd and Elnora Todd (Anstey); his former spouse Annelise; his siblings, Dawn, Joan and Jean; his granddaughter Natalie Todd; and his great grandchildren, Elsie and Lilly Jacob.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa of Cheyenne, WY, Richard II (Marjorie) of Snoqualmie, WA, Eric (Cindy) of Cheyenne, WY and David (Kristine) of Tulsa, OK; and his grandchildren, Richard III, Forrest, Jessica, Andrew, Michelle, Marie, Marcus and Matthew. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. James Church (5050 East 111th St S, Tulsa, OK 74137).
