He is survived by: his daughter Tanya (Bobby); his grandchildren, Ashley, Doug of Langley, Bryanna, Wyatt of Rose, Jenna, Chad of Claremore and CJ Avery of Locust Grove; his son Richard (Allyson); his grandson Baby Jaxon; his sons, Kevin Tugmon of New Caney, Texas and Billy Joe Tugmon of Texas; and his grandson Alexander Lawson of Foyil.
