She was predeceased by: her parents, Rilma Slocum and David Slocum. She is survived by: her husband Steven; her son Mark; and her sisters, Mildred, Sandy and Betty.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Lake United Methodist Church (7750 W 14th St, Tulsa, OK 74127).
