He was predeceased by: his parents, Barney Lee and Gladys Mae Addington (Moulder); his wife Donna (York); his brothers, Donnie Jean Addington and Eddie Ray Addington; and his daughter Lisa Karen Addington.
He is survived by: his sons, Perry Lee (Deborah) and Michael Scott (Tammy Kay); his grandchildren, Frederick Andrew, Grayson Jerry and Chelsea Emily Lynn Addington; his great grandchildren, Adelyn, Christopher and Bayley Addington; and his siblings, Diane Gale Wright, Tina Lee Richards, Shirley Ann Ritchey and Richard Charles Addington.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Moore's Eastlawn Chapel (1908 S Memorial Dr, Tulsa, OK 74112). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fort Gibson National Cemetery (1423 Cemetery Rd, Fort Gibson, OK 74434).
