He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodferd W. Barnes and Adele Barnes (Bley); and his brother Brett Barnes. He is survived by: his son Brandon Barnes of Tulsa, OK; and his siblings, Karen O'Brien, Veronica "Vickie" Powell (Wayne) of Tulsa, OK and Dale Barnes of Visalia, CA.
