It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Gerald Batchelor in Tulsa, Oklahoma, born in Stroud, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 19, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Robert may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rupert Grady Batchelor and Juanita Mae Batchelor (Nancy May Batchelor); and his siblings, June Hiburn and Carey Batchelor. He is survived by: his daughters, Pam Williams (Roger), Angie Simpson (Ed) and Cassie Roberts (Gary); and his siblings, Patty Hixon and Steve Batchelor. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Robert's last years were met with much courage, strength, and dignity as he battled Alzheimer's with the help of his loving daughters by his side, along with many passionate support caretakers from BeeHive Homes of Glenpool, and SYNERGY HomeCare.
