It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Bruce Piland (Tulsa, Oklahoma), born in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 9, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vollie Mathis Piland and Mary Lou Piland (Osborne); and his sisters, Cindy Ezell, Sheralee Swinson and Debbie Collins.

He is survived by: his wife Denise Piland (Walden); his son Jacob Piland; his close friend Courtney Schwamb; his daughter Malorie; his son-in-law Chandler Pearson; and his granddaughter Ruby Lou Pearson.
