He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Robert Russell and Mary Belle Russell (Sullivan); and his siblings, Peggy Fouts (James) and James. He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Russell (Bright); his children, Candice Dawn Stansfield (Jon) of Sparks, NV and Jeff Russell of Lawton; and his brothers, Joe Russell (Joy) of Oaks and Gary Russell (Juanita) of Oaks.
