He is survived by: his sisters, Avis Edwards of Edmond and Beverly Ramsey of Seminole; his son Robert Lewis Stage II of Tulsa; and his stepson Eric Duane Litsey of Tulsa. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
