He was predeceased by: his parents, John Welter and Zita Welter (Studer); and his brothers, Dan and Jeff Welter. He is survived by: his children, Ryan Welter (Deana) of North Attleboro, Massachusetts, Stephanie Martindale, Ty of Edmond, Oklahoma, Jeremy Welter (Kim) of Lewisville, Texas and Justin Welter (Lauren) of Falls Church, Virginia; and his siblings, Bill Welter (Dorothy) of Owasso, Mark Welter (Sara) of Denver, Colorado and Kathy Holtz (Steve) of Montgomery City, Missouri. He is also survived by many other relatives and dear friends.
A rosary will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 10:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Saint Bernards Catholic Church (4001 E 101st St, Tulsa, OK 74137). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
