He is survived by: his friends, Larry Craven, Brent Sissom, Bord Burn, Paul Shaver and Randy Toothman; his siblings, Judy Toothman of Jennings, Oklahoma and Stoney Farrow (Kelly) of Sand Springs, Oklahoma; his nephews, Nathan Toothman and Colby Toothman; his niece Randa Novotny; his great-nieces, Jacie, Jenna, Jentri and Ackley; and his great-nephew Gatlin. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
