He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Dutton and Nela Dutton; and his sister Jane Fleisher of Lake Worth, Florida.. He is survived by: his wife Karyn; his daughters, Rhonda Powell (Bill) of Yukon and Becky Lewis (Peter) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his stepdaughters, Lindsay Lindstrom (Eric) of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Lauren Oonk (Michael) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Jared Jones (Rebekah), Haley Jones, Deacon, Cooper Lewis, Jack, Luke Lindstrom, Adam and Abigail Oonk.
Jerry requested that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First Baptist Church of Tulsa World Missions Offering- 420 S. Detroit Avenue, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74120.
