He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Ann Phillips-Patton. He is survived by: his children, Sharon Phillips of Fayetteville, AR, Karen Phillips of Tulsa, OK, Patricia (Gary Heise) of Bella Vista, AR and Ronnie Phillips (Patrisha Sutton) of Japan; and his pets, Lola, Heidi, Sissy, Jay Jay, Neko and Domino. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Ronald may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the American Heart Association.
