She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred Karleskint; her daughter Mary Blansett; her siblings, George, Joe Butenschoen, Helen Cunningham and Elsie Creider; and her parents, Walter Butenschoen and Helen Butenschoen.
She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Montgomery (Dale), Joyce Karleskint, John Karleskint, Janet Karleskint (Stephanie Deatherage) and David Karleskint. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and many adoring nieces and nephews.
