It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Nelson in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 25, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her former husband Don Nelson of Philadelphia; her son Mike Nelson (Michelle Murray); her brother George Kaiser; her children, Pam Nelson (Peter Fritschel), Randy Nelson (Rona Nelson) and Tim Nelson (Lisa Benavides-Nelson); and her grandchildren, Katherine Nelson, Sam Fritschel, Eric Nelson, Emma Fritschel, Annie Nelson, Henry Nelson, Renee Fritschel, Teddy Nelson, Harper Murray-Nelson and Elijah Nelson.
In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to The Tulsa Center for Individuals with Physical Challenges or Clare House, both in Tulsa.
