In the vast expanse of eternity, Samuel shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Samuel farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He is survived by: his parents, William Osburn and Pauline Osburn; his wife Kelly; his daughters, Breana and Riley; his brothers, William, Osburn Jr. (Tasha Osburn) and Les Osburn (Robin Osburn); and his nieces, Chelsea and Morgan.
