She is survived by: her husband Bob Kappus of Tulsa; her brother Mike Doolin of Tulsa; her son Robert Blair Kappus of Enid, OK; her daughter-in-law Kelli Kappus; her grandchildren, Addison and Anderson; her daughter Blythe Elizabeth Cox of Jackson, WY; her son-in-law Colby Cox; and her grandchildren, Cade, Isabelle and Axel. She is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
