She was predeceased by: her parents, James Arthur and Mildred Gertrude Slack (Vernon); her siblings, Leroy Slack, Richard Slack and Barbara Troxell-Robins; and her grandson Matthew Clark.

She is survived by: her children, Danny Silva (Suzy) of Lewisville, TX, Joni Hunt (Bobby) of Glenpool, Lisa Wallace (Dale) of Broken Arrow and Larry Messmore (Julie) of Houston, TX; and her sisters, Earlene Dobrinski of Coweta and May Perry of Fort Myers, FL. She is also survived by her eleven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
