It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Lou Egan (Tulsa, Oklahoma), who passed away on October 5, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ella Nora Carlton Hunt and Ancil Isaiah Hunt; her husband John F. Egan (Jack); and her siblings, Donna Hunt O'Brien and Carlton Hunt.
She is survived by: her children, John F. Egan III (Debra) and Sherry Egan Anderson (John E.); her grandchildren, Amanda Egan Sanders, Michael Egan, Elizabeth Egan, Diana Egan, Darrin Egan, Jennifer Anderson Walton (Michael) and Jaclyn Anderson Davis (Jonathan); and her great grandchildren, McKenzie, McKayla Sanders, Henry, Elizabeth Walton, Clark and Matthew Davis.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fitzgerald Southwood Chapel (3612 E 91st St, Tulsa, OK 74137). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Parish of Christ the King (1520 S Rockford Ave, Tulsa, OK 74120). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at the Calvary Cemetery (9101 S Harvard Ave, Tulsa, OK 74137).
