He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl D Prather and Arrillia "Imogene" Prather (Danner); his stepmother Jean Prather; and his siblings, Leon Prather, Vernon Prather, Phillip Prather, Wayne Prather, Robin Trout and Tim Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Joann Prather; his children, Anita Rausch and Stanley Allen Prather (Jacki); his stepdaughters, Teresa Branom and Rochelle Armbrister (Brent); and his siblings, Claude Willis "Todd" Prather (Shelley) and Julie Riddle. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
