He is survived by: his cousins, Ken and Keith Merrill; his children, April Merrill of Tulsa, OK, Ryan Merrill of Tulsa, OK, Cody Merrill of Dallas, TX and Aaron Merrill (Haley Hoffman) of Tulsa, OK; his brother Chris Merrill (Amy); his friends, Ken and Karen Merrill; his children, Jean Merrill and Nicole Richardson; and his caregiver Deena. He is also survived by children and grandchildren; and his beloved cousins.
