He is survived by: his father Andrew Simmons (Arcena) of Tulsa; his wife Samantha Simmons (McCallister); his children, Jamie Simmons (Kaytie), Jordan Simmons (Dakota) of Tulsa, Nathan Brown of Farmington, NM, Sherronda Phillips of Tulsa and Jacqueline Simmons; his siblings, Hattye Morton (Chris) of Tulsa and Michael Simmons of Phoenix, AZ; his nephew Chris Reid; and his niece Christy Reid.
