He is survived by: his wife Terri Raglin Mirkin; his daughter Sarah Mirkin; his stepdaughter Sharla Eilers; his brother Michael Mirkin; his sister-in-law Paula Mirkin; his niece Amber Mirkin; and his cousins, Al Ruiz, Kristi Chenoweth and Jolinda Gray.
