He is survived by: his wife Odilia; his children, Christopher Steven Phillips (Jessica), Kenneth Edward Phillips, Blake Aaron Phillips (Raeann), Ashley Morrow-Phillips (Rashaad), Brianna Phillips, Steven Edward Jr. (Phillips), Ryan Connor Phillips and Alexis Maria Phillips; and his brother Marty Cole (Lea). He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM at the Reynolds/AdamsCrest Chapel (1916 S Sheridan Rd, Tulsa, OK 74112).
