He was predeceased by: his mother Chu T. Nguyen; his sister-in-law Minh Tran; and his niece Jackie Tran. He is survived by: his children, Joseph V. Tran, Paul V. Tran, Mary T. Clark and Thanh T. Hoang; his siblings, Tri V. Tran, Nang T. Tran and Hue N. Ta; his brother-in-law Chung V. Ta; Be V. Tran. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
