He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore M. Curtis and Ruby Curtis (Bruce); his sister Phyllis Helm; and his great grandchild Jacob Blackburn. He is survived by: his daughters, Denise Frihart (Neil) of Broken Arrow, OK and Deanna McGee (Bob) of Wakefield, KS; his grandchildren, Amber LaPointe, Dwayne Heiskell, McKinzie Frihart, Trent McGee and Cole McGee; his niece Tammy Helm; and his nephew Anthony "Scott" Helm of Ft. Scott, KS.. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
