He is survived by: his siblings, Mike, Mary Hoffman, Peggy, Ron Dokken, Susie and Milt Madison; his sister-in-law Bette Ann Wade; his children, Shawn Hoffman, Tracy French, Patrick and Jolene Hoffman LeFay; his grandchildren, Shawnna, Branden Lasley, Scott, Deanna Hoffman, Matthew, Victoria Hoffman, Frances "Sierra", Jose Martinez, Kourtney Hoffman, Garret Hoffman, Alexus Morris, Kaedence, Emily, Shelby LeFay, Stormy, Gracie Hoffman, Tyler, Charla Ogden, Kacee and Brett Wilson; and his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Remington Lasley, Paige "Boot" Ogden, Wyatt, McCoy and Sutton Wilson.
