He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Allen and Jean Allen (Revis); and his brother Steve Allen. He is survived by: his wife Janie; his daughters, Melissa Hoffman (Steve Henderson) of Yukon, Oklahoma and Robyn Goss (Brian); his grandchildren, Keaton, Callie, Kendall and Creed of Canyon, Texas; his stepdaughter Erica Abagnale (Scott); his stepgrandchildren, Paige, Hallie and Caleb of Stafford, Virginia; and his stepson Brock Goleman of California. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and special friends.
