He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth J. Palmer and Virginia G. Palmer; his parents-in-law, Dr. Charles Thomas and Bonnie C. Morgan; and his sister-in-law Melissa J. Stogsdill of Tahlequah, OK..

He is survived by: his siblings, Joan Hayes of Green Acres, FL, Pamela Palmer of Green Acres, FL and Pat Palmer (Kathy) of Cleveland, OH; his children, Michael Palmer, Amy Mariska (Chad) of Tulsa, Dr. Carolyn Reabe (Nathan) of Kohler, WI and John Palmer (Miranda) of Oconomowoc, WI; the mother of his children Jeanne Major (Goodman) of Waukesha, WI; his siblings-in-law, Caren McCurdy (Jay) of Colorado Springs, CO, Charles Morgan (Karen) of Tahlequah, OK, Bill Morgan (Heather) of Wagoner, OK and Trent Stogsdill (Ann) of Tahlequah, OK.; his grandson Christopher Stall (Kami); his children, Katie Grey (Abner), Anna May, Avery, Louie Baxter, Kaden, Colin, Jack Reabe, Carson, Caden Mariska, Stella, Sage and Charlie Rose Palmer; his great grandchild Kinsley Grey; Jennifer Palmer (Morgan). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
