He is survived by : his mother Beatrice Smith of Tulsa, OK; his wife Marnette Gayle Smith of Tulsa, OK; his children, Thomas Demetrius Smith of Atwater, CA, Roy Orlando Singleton of Menifee, CA, Shalisa LaShell McFalls (Marlon) and Briah Simone Murphy Harris (Michael) of Broken Arrow, OK; his siblings, Larry Smith (Cathy) of San Antonio, TX, Raythan Smith (Robin) of Manchester, TN, Bishop Richard J. Smith (Barbara) of Tulsa, OK, Rev. Wendell Smith of Tulsa, OK, Cheryl Surratt (Otis Sr.) of Tulsa, OK and Vickie Smith of Tulsa, OK; and his aunts, Leola Witt of Kansas City, MO and Jerline Jackson of Houston, TX.. He is also survived by grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Jack's Memory Chapel (801 E 36th St N, Tulsa, OK 74106). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Living God (1559 E Reading St, Tulsa, OK 74106).
