Smith (Barbara) of Tulsa, OK, Rev. Wendell Smith of Tulsa, OK, Cheryl Surratt (Otis Sr.) of Tulsa, OK and Vickie Smith of Tulsa, OK; and his aunts, Leola Witt of Kansas City, MO and Jerline Jackson of Houston, TX.. He is also survived by grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
