He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Lynn Willey and Bernita Mae (Bliss). He is survived by: his wife Jill Wycoff; his daughters, Michelle (Andy Tefertiller) of Louisville, KY and Melanie (Mark Caughrean) of Tulsa; his grandchildren, Michael Andrew, Lauren, Zachary, Jessica, Rachel, Lindsey, Joshua and Jackson Thomas; and his great grandchildren, Ella, Jadon, Maia, Harper, Hadi, Zuri, Penelope, Amelia and Makkari.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (5111 S Memorial Dr, Tulsa, OK 74145). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Tulsa (403 S Cincinnati Ave, Tulsa, OK 74103).
