He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Sullivan and Adele Sullivan; and his siblings, Linda Wilkerson and Gib. He is survived by: his wife Melody Fultz; and his sibling's children, Fred Sullivan, Rhonda Ratzliff and Monica Wilkerson-Bridgeman. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
