He is survived by: his children, Shelley Sunday (Bret) of Tulsa, Terry (Lisa) of Broken Arrow, Dennis (Julie) of Broken Arrow and Mark (Jennifer) of Broken Arrow; and his cousin Sue Dill. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends.
