He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Garrett and Ruth Garrett; and his siblings, J. C. Garrett, Elizabeth Wheeler and Marilyn Thayer.
He is survived by: his wife Saundra Kaye Garrett; his children, Anissa LaRee (Dennis Czeschin), Bryan Edward (Andrea Garrett) and Amy Lynne (Phillip Sheridan); and his siblings, Robert (Linda Garrett) and Teresa Hudson. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren; other extended family and many friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapel of Mallett Funeral Home (417 E Cherokee St, Wagoner, OK 74467). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
