He is survived by: his wife Della Sutton; his daughters, Tammy Phillips of Tulare, CA and Diane Phillips of Tulare, CA; his grandson Noah Phillips of Tulare, CA.; his sisters, Diane Fraley of McAlester, OK, Debbie Branam of Porum, OK and Candy Phillips of Tulsa, OK; and his caregiver Jimmy Boyd of Quinton, OK.
A graveside service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Fields Cemetery (25924 S 97th St E, Porum, OK 74455).
