He is survived by: his great grandchildren, Kamryn, Mary-Ella, Addison, Kirbi-Jo, Tristan, Victoria, Hudson, Anna, Hayden, Jordan, Jaxson and Jeremiah; his children, Pamela (Dennis) of Rose and Michael Smith of Salina; and his grandchildren, Kimberly DeGase of Tahlequah, Dennis DeGase Jr. of Claremore, Sarah (Nicholas Sloan) of Okmulgee and Angelia (Bobby McMichael) of Fort Carson. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
