He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lillo and Glenda Faye Zinn; and his children, Beverly Kay Waller and Brenda Lotero. He is survived by: his wife Debra Bennett; his daughter Chelsey Faye Vail; and his grandchildren, Wyatt and Alana Vail.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Regency Park Church of the Nazarene (8707 E 51st St, Tulsa, OK 74145).
