He is survived by : his children, Tammy Ballard (Stormy), Jewel Brooks (Amy) and Clayton Brooks; his grandchildren, Brooklynn, Allison Ballard and Ambre Brooks; his brothers, Curtis Brooks (Annette), Phillip Brooks, Bill Henzler and Stephen Henzler (Carrie); his niece Lauren; and his nephews, Adam, Matthew and Jess.
