He is survived by: his sons, Charles Harold Shelden III (Brandi) of Blanchard and Paul Scott Shelden (Sarah) of Sapulpa; his grandchildren, Macie Wilkerson (Tori), Benjamin Shelden (Rylee), Emily Sue Edmisten (Aiden) and Abbey Shelden; his great grandchild Gray Norris; and his sister Sheila Kiddie of Cochran, Georgia.
