He was predeceased by : his parents, Betttye West and Jimmy West; and his niece Lisa West. He is survived by : his wife Melinda West; his brother Bob; his daughter Jennifer Fullen; his son-in-law Bill; and his grandchildren, Nathan and Sarah Fullen.
