He is survived by: his daughter Kacey Grace Motley; his stepdaughter Kaitlyn Jolie Fago; his parent Judy Motley of Newcastle, Oklahoma; his siblings, Stephanie Holt (Jeff) of Tuttle, OK, Aimee Williams (Bill) of Phelan, CA and Brendan Motley (Stephanie) of Victorville, California; his cousins, Christopher Shults and Michael Shults; and his nieces and nephews, Hailee Williams, Shane Williams, Jamie Motley, Drew Holt, Alexys Motley and Austyn Motley. He is also survived by many extended family members and countless friends who were touched by his kindness.
