He is survived by: his wife Sonya Payne; his children, Darin Payne of Liberal, Kansas and Deena Montano (Michael) of Guymon, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Chelsea Cappellucci (Lane) of Guymon, Oklahoma, Chase Montano of Guymon and Cameron Montano of Guymon, Oklahoma; and his great grandchildren, Harper, Grace, Titus and Lainey Cappellucci.
