He is survived by: his children, April Eaves (Matt), Jay Provence, Tristan Provence, Aubree Provence and Budle Johnson; his grandchildren, Nate, Jacey, Jailee, Ashton, Bella, Gunner, Sophie and Eliana; and his brothers, Matt Provence (Roxanna), Tim Provence (Brenda) and Chris Provence (Ambia).
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Miller and Miller Funeral Home - Valliant (201 East Wilson St, Valliant, OK 74764).
