It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brit Songer of Valliant, Oklahoma, born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on May 3, 2026, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Andrew Songer, Jr. and Melba Jo Songer (Rice); his wife Modrel Songer; and his siblings, Jerry Songer and Saundra Songer.
He is survived by: his children, Pineknott, Cory Ballard Songer (Brandi) and Courtney Martin (Bobby Dan Victory); his grandchildren, Sadee Breeze Songer, John William Gallagher, Victoria Elizabeth Gallagher, Waylon Lee Martin, Rachel Leigh Martin and Woodson Cole Victory; and his great grandchildren, Wrenley Modrel and Rusten Lee.
