She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Edward Nation and Sadie Elmer Nation (Spencer); her husband William Ray Phillips; and her brothers, Bennie and Howard Ray Nation.
She is survived by: her son Ashley Phillips (Misty) of Ringold, OK; her granddaughter Caitlin Karr (Clayton); her great grandchild Grayson Karr; and her siblings, Hazel Fennell of Valliant, OK, Lonnie Nation of Valliant, OK and Ricky Nation of Valliant, OK.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Miller and Miller Funeral Home - Valliant (201 East Wilson St, Valliant, OK 74764). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Valliant Church of God (612 N Dalton Ave, Valliant, OK 74764).
