He was predeceased by: his father Howard Virgil Hess; and his children, Sarah Michelle Hess and Michael Shane Benjamin. He is survived by: his wife Pam Hess; his children, Cody Hess (Shayna Benjamin) of Valliant, OK, Justin Benjamin (Brittani) of Hugo, OK, Tabitha Ebert (Chris) and Daeson Benjamin (Dakota Benjamin); and his friends, Mike Reese and Mike Johnston. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
Howard was often among the first to respond when his neighbors needed help and his contributions to the safety and well-being of his community will be long remembered.
