He was predeceased by : his parents, Maxey Leo and Rachel Inez Mabry (Griffin); his wife Polly Ann Mabry; his son Brad W. Mabry; and his siblings, Sam Mabry, Max Mabry and Alma Davis.

He is survived by : his son Britt R. Mabry (Cleta) of Valliant, OK; his grandchildren, Jacee Mabry, Aaron Mabry (Deanna), Jesse Talley, Jessica Gilstrap (Wes) and Cody Talley (Ana); and his brother Joe Mabry of Durant, OK. He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren.
