He was predeceased by : his parents, Eltie Anderson (Farris) and Osborne Anderson; and his brothers, Robert C. Anderson, Billy Joe Anderson and Kenneth Anderson.

He is survived by : his wife Bobbie; his daughter Judy Smith of Valliant, OK; his grandsons, Justin Louis Smith of Valliant, OK and James Oliver Smith (J. O.) of Valliant, OK; his great grandchild Maggi J Smith of Ringold, OK; and his sister Geneva Swisher of Elgin, OR.
