She is survived by: her husband David Wingate of Ringold, OK; her children, Adam Wingate (Ashley) of Wichita, KS, Joel Wingate of Oklahoma City, OK, Shawn Jacquez of Wichita, KS and Amanda Erebia (Louis) of Houston, TX; and her sisters, Nona Shane (Paige) of Kansas City, KS and April Bartell (Bill) of Hillsboro, KS. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
