Belk, Jr.; his grandchildren, Brooklyn (Justin Marshall) and Brock Bain (Sarah); his brothers, Clayton Belk, Jr. of California and Russell Belk of California; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara June Lemmons (Tom), Randall Rice (Meryl) and Judy Rice. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
